Preparation for log cultivation of enoki mushrooms

The shiitake log I happened to acquire during a previous mountain hike.

It's been five years, and I can no longer harvest from it.

This year, I'm preparing to cultivate enoki mushrooms. The inoculation process must be completed by the end of April.
