This summer, due to work, I spent three weeks in Ireland from June to July, and two weeks in Singapore in August.
Each time I returned, my schedule was packed, and it was a continuous cycle of eating out (plus drinking).
I've gained weight and can feel some kind of imbalance in my systemic circulation.
I need to figure out how to maintain my health with this kind of lifestyle.
I've been avoiding it, but should I really be eating Japanese food even when I'm overseas?
Anyway, in Singapore, I had breakfast at a hawker center every morning. Sometimes dinner too.
And on my days off, I even had lunch there. Every day was a feast of delicious local cuisine.
Among them, the best thing this time was the prawn noodles.
The prawn broth was incredibly delicious.
In the end, I even bought prawn paste seasoning as a souvenir.

I think it's rational to process small, abundant catches into seasonings for preservation.
