New ginger

New ginger. When my wife, a drinker, was pregnant, I used to make a lot of ginger syrup.

I bought a lot of sparkling water back then, so I remember considering buying a sparkling water maker.

(By the time sparkling water makers became widespread, I was back to drinking alcohol)

But in recent years, even when I buy it, I only process it in a slapdash manner.

This year, after chopping it, I hesitated, but for now, I tried soaking it in soy sauce and putting it on cold tofu.

I later had the idea to candy it. I've been using it little by little in my cooking, and it's very useful.
