Eating

The kanji character for "food" (食) is sometimes broken down into "person + good" (人+良) and said to mean "something that makes people good."

While this is not its original etymology, I find this interpretation to be very clear.

This is because everyone knows how important eating and the food we eat are as inputs and sustenance for life.

Nevertheless, with various societal advancements, scientific developments, technological progress, and the accompanying changes in lifestyle and diversification of perspectives, it has become increasingly difficult to decide what to choose from the abundant food options available and how to proceed with our eating habits.

Amidst this, there are quite a few people who have the will to choose their food themselves and recognize the joy in doing so.

I would like to offer ideas for trying this using readily available ingredients.

As a result, I hope that new insights and progressive endeavors will increase.

And I was thinking that it would be wonderful if new things could be born by referring to and being inspired by the efforts of such peers.
